    The Adult Discipleship Groups Coordinator shall support the growth and flourishing of Adult groups at FBCA by attending to their administrative needs, assisting the Pastor for Adult Discipleship as he leads, and administering any special training or events that occur within the Adult Discipleship ministry.     Director of Audio/Visual/Lighting

    The AVL Director will oversee all AVL during worship services and rehearsals for Sanctuary, FAC, Youth, Young Adult, Weekday Preschool, and other FBCA groups; manage AVL needs for outside events (weddings, funerals, conferences, meetings, etc.); oversee and research technical needs for creative elements used in services; responsible for all aspects of technical production for FBCA events, including ProPresenter, audio, lighting, broadcast cameras, stage prep, MATV system, and other technical equipment; manage live streaming, recording, editing, posting, and archiving video for services and events; and coordinate and manage AVL needs for all FBCA ministries.     Round Oak Baptist Church
    Round Oak Baptist Church, located in the Corbin area of Caroline County, Virginia, is seeking a man of God to be our full-time senior pastor.  Our church is south of the city of Fredericksburg and north of the town of Bowling Green.  Our church members are supportive and faithful and love being the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus inside our church walls and outside in our community.  Our congregation would prefer someone with a seminary degree and conservative/moderate theology.  We desire a pastor who stands for Biblical truth and is able to communicate God’s Word clearly and with conviction, who shows leadership by discipling, mentoring, and coaching others, is able to work with various types of personalities, is effective in counseling persons facing spiritual, emotional, and mental needs, and enjoys visiting church members in their homes, visiting people in the midst of crisis, as well as hospital and homebound visitation.  We are looking for a pastor who loves people and can show warmth, empathy, care and compassion to all.     Wallers Baptist Church
    Wallers Baptist Church is seeking a passionate, experienced Full-Time or Bi-Vocational Baptist Pastor to lead and shepherd the congregation in Partlow, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong biblical knowledge, a heart for people, and a deep commitment to preaching and teaching God’s Word. Responsibilities include delivering engaging, life-applicable sermons, leading Bible studies, providing pastoral care through visitations and counseling and offering spiritual guidance to church members. The pastor will also lead the church's vision, oversee community outreach and evangelism efforts, as well as work closely with church leadership to develop ministries that align with our church’s mission.

    The successful candidate will have a Bible College degree (or equivalent theological training) and at least 5 years of pastoral ministry experience. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a heart for community engagement are essential. The pastor must be approachable, compassionate, and able to inspire others to grow in faith and serve the community.

  • Youth Director
    River Club Church (RCC) is a contemporary Baptist church located in Spotsylvania County, VA, just outside the city of Fredericksburg. Constructed in 2008, our building is a 38,300 sq. ft. multi-use facility with weekly in person and live stream services.
    The River Club Youth Director is responsible for leading the overall ministry to middle and high school students. To provide leadership and curriculum to develop a weekly youth program for students to worship, grow in their faith, connect with others and serve. To recruit, develop, and lead a network of volunteers and leaders in support of the youth department that includes training and equipping opportunities.
    This is a part time position of 20 hours a week. We currently have one Sunday Service at 10:27am, (see Luke 10:27). We are surrounded by several neighborhoods and are within minutes of the city.
